
India, March 9 -- Bosscoder Academy's independently assessed Career Outcomes Report indicates that salary growth among its learners was broad-based across cohorts, rather than concentrated among a small group of top performers.
The report, evaluated by B2K Analytics, analysed career transitions of 1,400 working professionals across Software Engineering and Data tracks during the assessment period. The evaluation was conducted using documented compensation details, role transitions, and structured verification processes.
According to B2K Analytics, 91% of learners moved to new organisations with improved compensation. The transition rate stood at 92% for Software Engineering professionals and 87% for those in Data Science and Data Engineering.
Beyond headline transition numbers, the distribution of compensation growth highlights widespread progression. The median salary across cohorts doubled, reflecting consistent movement across experience levels. The average CTC moved from around Rs 11 lakh per annum to nearly Rs 20 lakh per annum.
Salary band analysis further indicates that around 40% of learners transitioned into the Rs 10-20 lakh range, while over 20% moved into the Rs 20-30 lakh bracket. A meaningful segment crossed Rs 30 lakh and above, including the highest reported packages of Rs 99 lakh per annum in Software Engineering and Rs 80 lakh per annum in Data Science and Data Engineering.
The assessment by B2K Analytics, a research and analytics firm that has conducted outcome evaluations for leading institutions across India, reinforces the credibility of the findings. The process included review of compensation data, role classification, and one-to-one telephonic verification with learners.
