Deputy Minister of Defence Major General Aruna Jayasekara (Retd) visited Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited (RALL) today (25 August) as part of his ongoing engagements with institutions under the Ministry of Defence.

Upon arrival, the Deputy Minister was received by the Chairman of RALL, Brigadier Jude Fernando (Retd), and members of the Board of Management. Following the welcome, the Deputy Minister was briefed on the institution's operations across various sectors, its ongoing activities, and future plans and initiatives.

During the visit, the Deputy Minister also engaged with the senior staff of RALL and addressed them. He appreciated their dedicated service and contribution to the institution, while encouraging them to continue their commitment and dedication towards achieving the targets and objectives set for the organisation.

The Deputy Minister further emphasised the importance of maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and teamwork in carrying out their responsibilities and contributing to the continued progress of the institution and bringing in foreign exchange.

Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited is a government-owned business entity established in 2006. It provides high-quality security services across multiple sectors, including industrial and commercial security, maritime security, specialised training, and special projects. It is also a major institution employing ex-service personnel in the country.
